Primary Care Membership Benefits

  • Access to your doctor when you need it
  • Ability to contact your doctor via phone, email, facetime, or office visits
  • Extended visits. All visits will be scheduled for least 30 minutes, or longer if needed
  • House calls are available with prior arrangement
  • No per visit fee
  • Diagnostic procedures at no extra cost include: EKG, Urinalysis, Urine pregnancy testing, Flu testing, Strep testing, RSV testing
  • In-office breathing treatments
  • Annual Physical (General Check-Up or Well Woman Exam)
  • Access to discounted lab, x-ray, and physical therapy rates
  • As a member, you will receive sleep consultations for free. If you are not a member, new sleep consultations are just $150 (60 minutes) per visit.
  • As a member, you will also receive an FAA flight physical for free. If you are not a member, flight physicals are $150/exam.

Outside the Scope

We can help you with many medical problems, but there are certain services we do not cover:

  • Surgery
  • Emergency services
  • Broken bones or other severe injuries
  • Medical imaging, such as x-rays, CT, MRI
  • Cost of vaccines
  • Laboratory services, even if the labs are collected in the office
  • Cost of medications
  • Durable medical equipment
